Conversion Engine provides Sales-as-a-Service offerings that may include strategy, content, paid media, SEO, outbound, and related growth operations. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

Specific scope, fees, milestones, and success criteria for an engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

You represent that you are using the site and contacting us on behalf of a legitimate business, and that you have authority to share the information you submit.

Case studies, numeralia, channel examples, and illustrative dashboards on the site are examples of capability and track record context. They are not guarantees of particular results for your business. Outcomes depend on your market, offer, budget, product, and participation.

For active engagements, you agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, brand assets, product information, and decision-makers; to ensure you have rights to materials you provide; and to comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer laws in your markets.

Pricing may include a setup fee, success-based fees tied to agreed milestones, and a subsequent retainer plus media budget. Success definitions, billing timing, and pause/termination terms will be set in writing before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: (a) you retain ownership of your pre-existing IP and brand assets; (b) we retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, playbooks, prompts, and tools; and (c) deliverables created specifically for you under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement agreement.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that impairs service, submit unlawful content, or use the site to spam or abuse others.

The website is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the site content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conversion Engine and AtomicoLabs affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use. For paid engagements, liability caps (if any) are defined in the applicable agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Conversion Engine / AtomicoLabs entity identified in your engagement documents, unless mandatory local rules require otherwise. Website-only disputes will be handled in competent courts of that entity's jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections.
